 s on three major issues:  (1)\nreal estate technology, (2) trends, and (3) 
 proposed reforms.\n \n\nEveryone who attended is invited to share their\npe
 rspective.  Anyone from the Boston area who attended ConnectNYC \nand REBar
 CampNYC , is invited to make 5 minutes\npresentations.  Invited guests incl

 ich was selected as the best in the Roadmap to Recovery  contest sponsored 
 by\nInman News.  Tim hopes to launch a new venture in first half\nof 2009.\

 Director of Social Media  were to co-facilitate a\nround table on the futur
 e of buyer agency, alternative brokerage\nmodels at REBarCampNYC (but were 
 unable to make it). \nCondoDomain is a leading flat fee business model, whi
 ch has\nbootstrapped an expansion into 10 markets in little over a year and
 \nhas plans to expand to 33 U.S. markets in 2009.\n  Bill Wendel, who found
 ed Real Estate Cafe  in Cambridge in 1995, will\npresent preliminary\nresul
 ts  from UNOFFICIAL survey regarding 12 reforms proposed at\nConnectNYC by

 .  We are all media companies now!  Social media CMS and\npublishing tools 
 allow individuals to become the broadcasters of\ntheir own content.  In oth
 er words, we no longer have to rely\non intermeidaries (e.g. newspapers, ra
 dio, tv) to get our message\nout there--and it's dirt cheap, too.  Real est
 ate\nprofessionals would be well advised to explore the incredible power\na
 t their fingertips in terms of social media amd reaching out\nacross the we
 b to deliver a compelling message/value\nproposistion.  Video and Mobile te
 chnologies will be huge.  Actually,\nvdieo is already here and growing at a
 n incredible rate. \nApproximately 14 hours of video are added to youtube e
 very 60\nseconds.  Last month, over 14 billion vdieo views alone\nworldwide
   Video is something that the best agents will\nleverage to promote invento
 ry, themselves and the communities they\nserve.  Video is a multi-sense med
 ium that appeals to the\ngeneral public more so than just text or photos.  
 Mobile is\nnot quite there yet, but it is expected that within a few years\
 nmore people will be doing mobile search than google\nsearch.   The potenti
 al for advertsing/marketing is big\nfor RE pros.  Use social networking and
  new media tools to become the hub of\nthe real estate conversation going o
 n in your neighborhood. \nBecome the voice of authority for all real estate
  matters in your\nlocal and the business will find you.\n\n \n\nREAL ESTATE
