At Fifteen Reasons, LLC ("Fifteen Reasons", "Planypus"), we understand that your privacy is very important to you. Therefore we are committed to protecting it. You will not be required to provide any personal information to us. The information provided on Planypus, is voluntary and completely secured by us.

What Information Do We Collect? How Do We Use It?

To join Planypus, you will be asked to choose a username and password and provide an email address. Your email address will be used to communicate with you and to help you communicate with your friends. It will never be shared with third parties and we make an effort to encrypt all email links, preventing spam bots from harvesting your email for their own purposes.

We will never send unsolicited email ("spam") to you or your friends. We may send you email on behalf of your friends when they post new activity plans so that you can participate in planning with them. We may occasionally send update newsletters about the service, no more than once a month.

You may be invited to our website by a friend who is already a member. In this case, an email sent to you will contain a key that allows you to log on to the website without a formal registration. The key contains information that allows us to recognize you by your email address, but we do not collect any additional information from you.

Your age: We ask you how old you are to comply with a law called the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act of 1998. This law makes the sign-up process different for children under 13 years of age. One thing that is different is that it does not let us retain in our files an email address of a child under 13 without parental or guardian consent. Because we retain all email addresses to retrieve accounts, we currently do not allow children under 13 to sign up on our site.

Your Gender: During sign-up, we ask if you are male or female. The only thing we use this for is to change the text of things you see on the web site. For example, decriptions of items might include "him" or "her". No one else will see it.

Your Profile

At Planypus, we offer you a personal profile page where you may offer additional information about yourself for the purposes of identifying yourself to other users. Filling out your profile is advantageous to you because we then are better able to provide you with local information that may help you plan your evenings, such as bar specials, restaurants, movies, and other local promotions.

All information provided by you will be used by Planypus only. We will not give out, rent, or sell your information to any third party! All personal information is secured in your account with an encrypted password.

Partner Websites

"Cookies" are small pieces of information that are stored by your browser on your computer's hard drive. Our cookies do not contain any personally identifying information, but they do enable our affiliates to provide features such movie ticket purchasing, dinner reservations, other event ticket purchasing, and automatic logon.

During the course of your use of this website, we may redirect you to a partner website for making reservations, purchasing tickets, or retrieving other information. At this time, our partners may place a cookie in your web browser in order to track your purchases. This cookie does not make any of your personal information public. While using our partner websites you will be subject to their respective terms of service and privacy policies.
